At Ölend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your backpack or accessory isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
