Where does Ölend ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination, with standard shipping typically taking 3-7 business days within Europe and 7-14 days for international orders.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are Ölend bags waterproof?
Most of our backpacks and accessories are water-repellent, meaning they can withstand light rain. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
How should I clean my Ölend product?
To maintain the quality of your bag, we recommend hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or using bleach, as these can damage the fabric and structure.
